How We Check Our Information
Booking rules in Japan change often, so we check the details against the official pages and show the date we did it on every page.

What we do
- Prices, sale and booking rules, opening hours and routes are checked against the official pages of the operators, venues, JR and airports.
- Every page shows the date it was checked, near the top.
- If we can't confirm something on an official page or the seller's own page, we leave it out rather than guess.
- We don't publish screenshots of booking screens, because those screens change often.
- When something changes, we update the page and its check date.
The official site wins
Before you pay
Always confirm the price and rules on the official site before you pay. If the official site says something different from us, the official site is right.
