Fuji-Q Highland Tickets (2026): Free Entry, One Day Pass Prices, and Whether to Buy Online

You're planning a day at Fuji-Q Highland, the roller coaster park at the foot of Mt. Fuji. Walking in is free. What you pay for is rides, either per ride or with a pass such as the One Day Pass: ¥6,000 to ¥7,900 for an adult, depending on the date.

The pass is sold on the park's official ticket site, which also lists bus and train bundles. Klook and KKday sell it too. A Priority One-Day Pass with entry before opening time is sold online on some dates.

Booking through an agency? Check on the listing whether your option includes the bus from Shinjuku or only the pass.

Why does the price change by date?

Fuji-Q uses date-based pricing: the official ticket page says prices vary by the date of use. The price is shown on the calendar when you pick a date.

How to buy on the official site

  1. Open the official site and go to Tickets purchase. The English ticket page lists the One Day Pass with the other passes (afternoon, Thomas Land, priority, virtual queue) and the bus and train bundles.
  2. Choose the One Day Pass and your date. Sales run on Fuji-Q's member site. The calendar shows the price for each date.
  3. Enter the number of people by age group and pay. Check the payment methods on the screen. The One Day Pass can't be refunded, and the date, number of people and age group can't be changed after purchase.
  4. On the day, bring a phone that can connect. The official page asks you to bring a smartphone that can go online. Day pass holders don't need a separate entrance ticket.
No Japanese SIM? A Japan eSIM keeps your ticket and the ride app working.

Official site or Klook / KKday: which is cheaper?

For the pass alone, the official site sells at the park's own price for your date; compare the agency price with it. The official ticket page also lists bus and train bundles. An agency is an option if you'd rather book in English through an app you already use.

Is Fuji-Q Highland worth a day?

If you're there for the roller coasters, yes: the line-up includes FUJIYAMA, which gets a new train, Soryu, from Nov 21, 2026. If you're coming for the mountain views, Lake Kawaguchi is next door. The free entrance ticket lets you walk around the park without a pass.
